Wine description
This young light golden Aszú was partly fermented with aszú berries giving it an extremely high extract content. Beautiful, rich with Botrytis notes and crisp acids that make this wine wonderfully drinkable. Dried apricot and honeycomb toffee emerge on the palate with a hint of liquorice. Although still young, it already has many fans: voted favourite Japanese women's favourite sweet wine in 2013.

Wine description
Golden, young Aszú with a supremely refined inner world. Citrus and meadow flowers abound in the nose. The wine lover senses caramel, citrus and dried fruits, and white horehound on the palate with the discreet appearance of buttery, almond notes of barrel ageing. The typical minerality of Tokaji wine brings a slight saltiness to this drinkable wine thanks to its delightful acids. Elegant this promises to be a great wine with serious ageing potential.

2006 A beautiful vintage in which little sweet wine was made. Spring arrived late, autumn was dry and hot. The aszú berries formed late.

Recommended with lemon cake, dark chocolate citrus or orange desserts, dark chocolate caramel cake but it is also a noble companion to savoury biscuits, quiche Lorraine and roast meats with fruits and Peking duck.

Wine description

Wine description
Golden with a bronze hue, intensive fruit aromas assail the senses. A very lovely wine from a great vintage with white fruit aromas while honeycomb toffee, caramel, candied orange peel, citrus and bergamot play on the palate. Charming with a lingering finish. It promises to age wonderfully in the bottle for many years.

A wonderfully complex Aszú from an exceptional vintage. Refined perfume and slightly cool elegance embody this shining amber wine. Minerality, meadow flowers and white fruits offer themselves in the nose. On tasting exciting layers present themselves one after another: peppermint, dried apricot, candied orange peel. Over 20 years in the bottle! A superbly made wine from a famously beautiful vintage. White fruit aromas effervesce from the glass.
