This young light golden Aszú was partly fermented with aszú berries giving it an extremely high extract content. Beautiful, rich with Botrytis notes and crisp acids that make this wine wonderfully drinkable. Dried apricot and honeycomb toffee emerge on the palate with a hint of liquorice. Although still young, it already has many fans: voted favourite Japanese women's favourite sweet wine in 2013.
