This red-gold bronze wine is really a unique Aszú. Discover citrus, orange peel and sultanas in the nose and palate with a touch of clove and prunes/ This mature wine, in which the delicate Muscat plays the lead role, has great ageing potential.
Harvest we harvested the aszú berries from the end of October – till the end of November
Fermentation and aging in 220 L Szerednyei oak barrels from the Zemplén hills,for 3 years
Grape varieties 50 % Yellow Muscat, 25 % Furmint, 25 % Hárslevelű

Ageing potential 30-40 years
2005 A lovely vintage began with a cool spring and summer followed by a hot and dry autumn giving wines with a beautiful acid structure.
